I love welcoming new families into my home studio for a newborn photoshoot. There is nothing quite like that precious newborn bubble, which is why it is so important to keep you feeling relaxed and comfortable during your time in the studio with me. I am totally led by you and your baby. If we need to stop for feeds, much needed coffees or extra cuddles, then that is exactly what we do. You have full use of a bedroom attached to the studio where you can relax, change your baby, feed on a comfy bed and let siblings play in between photos.

I will usually start the session on the bean bag, taking individual photos of your baby and little detail shots of hands, feet and face. Then I move on to family photos and sibling photos. This can be done the other way round if your baby takes a little extra time to settle.

During your session I will give little prompts and pointers to help you get the most out of your photoshoot.

My style of newborn photography is relaxed and lifestyle based - I don’t tightly wrap babies. Instead I use lots of blankets, cushions and a bean bag to create timeless images. In my studio I also have a sofa bed, rompers and nappy covers for babies and gorgeous dresses for Mumma’s.
